- For every additional person we charge € 25,- / day.
- For every additional child (until 15 years) we charge € 20,- /day.
- Pet fee € 10,- / per day.
- Final cleaning € 40,- / one-time.
- 20% Greenfee-reduction for Golf- and Landclub Achen Lake.
- Free Regio bus in summer and winter as well as use of cross-country trails in winter (guest card).
- Free Internet access.
Cancellation insurance
Dear guest! If something comes in between - whether you have to cancel your complete holiday or you have to return home earlier - it is best to play it safe and book travel insurance at the same time as your holiday.
Cancellation costs in accordance with ÖHV, Austrian Hotel Association:
- Before 3 months of your arrival date: no charges
- 3 months - 1 month: 40% • 1 month- 1 week: 70%
- last week or no show up: 90% of booking price
